At Tales of India, we strive to deliver the authentic taste of the subcontinent to your doorstep; however, due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a resolution.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect food items.
- 2.Verification
Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 24 hours to verify the issue against our shipment records.
- 3.Approval & Instructions
Once approved, we will provide instructions on whether to discard the item or return it to our warehouse using a prepaid label.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Upon final processing, we will either ship a fresh replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
